JULY 2013 Wellington is presented at the Camden Solo Festival, winning the Best Male Act award. It then went on a short tour, playing at the Wildwood Barn Theatre in Downe and the Memorial Theatre, Icklesham, East Sussex. JUNE 2015 To celebrate the 200th anniversary of the Battle of Waterloo in 1815, the play is re-written for the Finborough Theatre, with a new title, Miss Wilson's Waterloo, focussing on the relationship between Wellington and the notorious courtesan Harriette Wilson, played by Karen Archer. MAY 2016 Martin Wimbush, Ellis Jones and Karen Archer are invited to present the re-worked version of the play Miss Wilson's Waterloo on board the exclusive luxury ship, The World.
